Taylor McGuiness

Taylor has been working in the disability industry for 3.5 years starting out as a support worker and working her way up to support coordination.

Taylor has experience in many areas of the Disability sector from supporting clients directly as support worker, to working in short term accommodation settings, recruitment and HR services, to then working as a client relations manager at Nextt before becoming a support coordinator.

The vision she has is to support people to live the life they want with the support they want and allow them to have the choice and control that they deserve.

Taylor believes that there should be no barriers for people to live their life in a way that is most desired by them.
